Montreal condo project breaks ground

Ground has officially been broken for the $111 million Phase 2 of the Auguste & Louis project in Quartier des Lumieres in Montreal. The 21-floor building at the intersection of Rene-Levesque Boulevard East and Beaudry Street, on the site of the former CBC/Radio-Canada tower, will include 253 condominium units from project partners Groupe Devimco, Fonds immobilier de solidarite FTQ and Fiera Real Estate.

This second phase is part of a major $1.15 billion real estate project that will bring 2,200 condominium units as well as commercial space to Quartier des Lumieres. The first units of this phase are scheduled for delivery in 2025.
